Attorney Referrals

We Work With Attorneys Around the Country

As another attorney visiting our site, we know you are interested in the same things that our clients are: personal service and timely results. We invite you to learn more about us from the pages of this site. You will see that we have the experience to handle complex personal injury and wrongful death litigation.

At Ellis Law, we always welcome the opportunity to put our injury law experience and expertise to work for you and your injured clients. If you are kind enough to refer your clients to us, you can be assured we will treat them with the utmost degree of professionalism and respect. Our goal is to treat them in a way that will reflect favorably upon you for sending them to us. Also, since we only handle injury law, you can be assured that if your clients ask us to handle any legal matter in the future, we will decline that representation and suggest that they call you if they so wish.

We are one of the few law firms in the entire country to offer fellow attorneys a standard 50% REFERRAL FEE on most automobile cases, even if they are litigated, provided such a fee arrangement is permissible under the laws of the involved state(s). In the rare case that does not settle prior to being called in for trial, because of preparation time, expert witness fees, etc., the fee becomes 2/3-1/3 our favor.  Our standard fee agreement on all other personal injury cases is 2/3-1/3 our favor. Our referral fee for medical malpractice follows the New York sliding scale system (call us for details).

We advance ALL disbursements on all files! Since a typical law firm's overhead is approximately 50%, essentially we offer you the same financial benefits you would have had if you had kept the case yourself, done all of the work, and borne all of the financial risk! Yet, you and your clients get the full benefit of all of the resources of our experienced personal injury firm.  Because of our enormous volume of cases, we are able to offer this unusually high referral fee to all of our referring attorneys, starting with the first case they send us.

Please feel free to call us for more details or to discuss any case that you are considering referring out to personal injury co-counsel.  If you find it more convenient, feel free to submit the INJURY ANSWERLINE® form on the right side of this screen. We will call you back the same day to discuss whether we can help you and your client prosecute his or her claim.
